Although Andrex specializes in historical renovations, it has also undertaken new projects. The commercial building at 2265 St. Laurent Boulevard is an example of this. Andrex acted as developer and project manager in the redevelopment of this project. Andrex continues as property manager of this 60,000 square foot building, which houses the Customs and Excise Branch of the Canada Revenue Agency. There is no commercial rental availability at this time.
