Located along the main axis of Parliament and adjacent to the Canadian Museum of Nature, The Windsor Arms was built in 1930 to be one of Ottawa's premier addresses.

Designed in the Art Nouveau style, it features large apartments with stained and leaded glass windows, high ceilings, and wood burning fireplaces in select units. Several Senators, Members of Parliament, and media personalities have called The Windsor Arms home over the years.

The building is steps away from the shops and services of Elgin and Bank Streets, while being directly adjacent to park space.
