Formerly a prominent single family home built for Duncan Graham, a collector of customs, this house was later the residence of Toussaint Trudeau, a deputy minister of the Department of Public Works. The body of the house is vernacular classical; the Mansard roof is unusual for this style.

At some point in its history, this 1860's stone house was converted into apartments and was sorely in need of restorative care by the 1980s. It was at this time that Andrex redevelopped the property into six elegant co-operative apartments. Andrex Holdings has continued to act as property manager for this award-wining project.
